Matilda and Meadow have a picnic

Matilda and Meadow most like the sun
it finally came out so they planned for some fun
they told their father and Mustard the dog
we are having a picnic down by the three logs
we will make sandwiches that you love best
father, make sure you put Mustard in his finest wool vest
that afternoon, they all trotted down
to the stream, sat on logs, and none wore a frown
