others will pick
I wonder my dear
is it taking a toll?
When will you listen
to your own soul?
sit, put your feet up
relax and enjoy
no work to do now
no skill to deploy
you can just rest here
not worry one bit
sink into some leisure
a simple remit
a time to move slower
a gift we can give
to self in this moment
a changed way to live
